Return & Exchange Policy
For hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns on any items.
We’re happy to assist with sizing, care, or material questions prior to purchase — feel free to reach out before placing your order.
We accept exchanges only if the item arrives damaged, and you notify us within 3 days of delivery.
To proceed with an exchange:
1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
2. Return the damaged earrings to us
3. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement
Note: We do not issue refunds or send replacements before receiving the original item back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
